Hi, this will be my first AAR and i will be making this one becouse;

1) This game is the best!
2) There is no other Mecklenburgian AAR so far.
3) And there has been in every game i've played that the AI of mecklenburg has succeded very good and now i'll try to se how good i can do with this country.

Here is the pic of one of those in 1491.

Ok, i admit it that pic was unneccesery and it took way much space but okey lets move on.

I will preferable update this AAR every two three days if not sooner.
I have three other GC going on with Castille, (alredy diploannexed both Aragon and Portugal and have many colonies and are preparing to attack the american nations.
Novgorod as a merchant republic with Russia as a goal.
Muscowy with a more offensivestyle with also Russia as a goal.
And the first game i played with sweden where i annexed Norway and Denmark and some other minors but my economy were crap (same with my tech) so i quickly abandaomed it.
I try to get every saving to the same year so Mecklenburg will have high priority.

I have read some good AARs and i will do as good as i can with this one(if i wont be eaten be a blob in the first years of the game)

More info and my anbitions will be posted in the first chapter that i will post tommorow or later today. (i live in sweden)

So i will write this AAR with virtually no experience in Mecklenburgian history so any characters in this AAR are for the most part fictionall and those who are not will probably act like they were.

The Kingdom Something Something of Mecklenburg


CHAPTER1​

In The year of our lord 1453 exactly 15 years after Heinrich I father had ascended and he by himself got to rule the country on a rainy december day. Heinrich that now was an old and senile man that had alredy experienced most of his life were right on this moment going on one of his rutinely trips to his secret booze house in the nearest village to the castle when the lightning struck just two meters in front of him and to his big dispair landed right on the secret booze house and sent many ducats worth of the finest alcoholic beer right into the air.

Heinrich I tried all for his life to drink the rain of booze coming down upon him when he realized that many wiewers had gone to watch at him doing what they saw as a very dumb*ss behavuier and thanks that it had alredy been raining before all of this happened and no one could recognize the king so he saw his chance run away and did not really know if he should thank god for saving him from utterly humiliation or shout curses right in the air for blowing the secret booze house into the air.

Anyhow later when he had got in to the castle with the secret castle entrence and changed he heard that the subject during the grand meal of may the 30th
(? nothing really historical about it just needed a date ?) was the really stupid villager that had been dancing in the rain trying to get the booze that rained down, the king started to rethink his rather meaningless life and try to do something about it. To show of that he wasent a meaningless king that everybody laughed about he started the grand journey to bring the once flourishing kingdom of Mecklenburg back to its feet.

The first think this all new king (not actually all new couse the really first think was to take a pint of bear! ) would do was to hire 3 advisors that could rule the country while he was on other duties. ( the all new secret booze house)
And throwing alliance proposals and marrying away his daughters so he could get new vassals and prestige!

Chapter 2​

After now instituting his goals the King by focusing all he could into diplomatic tech at the vassalization efforts he managed to get Luneburg to accept his preposal while Anhalt pridely refused.

(the refusation may have been caused by that the King couldnet stand anymore and got drunk on the way from Luneburg to Anhalt and the crying and screaming of a baby didnt please the anhaltian king enough to get their half monthly tax income. )

Chapter 3​

Now after the depression after the very humiliating vassalisation proposal was gone and Heinrich were ready to give it another shot he got the news that brunswick wich king had died without any sons (or doughters for that matter)had chosen Heinrich I of Mecklenburg to be theyre rightfull king.

In the following party that lasted for about five minutes there came a man in to the castle followed by roaring thunder that when he got off of his dark coat bringed the messege of that Anhalt had protested to that it was Mecklenburg and not Anhalt that was the rightfull king off Brunswick and that the now dead king of Brunswick was not in his mind when he pronounced the legetimate air of Brunswick (infact he wasent) and he had only chosen Mecklenburg in favour of Anhalt becouse they were in the same secret treehouse booze house club when they were young!

Oh! Anhalt declared war also by sending an false diplomat to the Mecklenburgian court that could declare war on anhalt without BB hits for Anhalt!

And that the news spread across the country (both the teehouse and the succesion war) must have been the couse that it was Mecklenburg who got the stability hit.

Chapter 4​

Now as everybody thought that it was Mecklenburgians that started the war many off my fellow allied took side for Anhalt it showed that 3 German minors Couldn't defend against the UPOSBAAH United Powers Of Saxony Brandenburg Anhalt And Hesse .

(The armies off my enemies compared to my allies where outnumbering us to an extent of 2-1) 10000-5000)

Very soon all of my fellow allies provinces were sieged and utterly destroyed. (so were mine) And my army of one Infantery regiment and two Cavalery Mercanery ones did actually inflict a losses to aproxematry 4500 enemy soldiers while they only suffered about 1000 they still lost every battle due that the always way drunk commander (guess who) Heinrich I seemed to order a retreat as fast as we did get the advantage in the field?

But as my first AAR was coming to an end where no one seemed to accept my peace proposals of releasing Luneburg as a vassal, (20%peace offer to an11%warscore by the enemy) Anhalt as the leader of the alliance didnt care that it was now an 100% warscore on me and my faithfull allied demanded peace to us (Anhalt didnt like the thought that our provinces where ceded to other countries) peaced us to only 8 ducats each!

Although Brunswick that was the subject off this war got unlucky and was annexed by Saxony.

But now when things have cleared up it also seems that Heinrich I is still in an alliance with Anhalt that challenged the superiority of mecklenburg!

Wow! That was quite a war!

Congratulations on your first AAR! I hope you'll try continuing from here and re-building. It just adds a bit of challenge.

I think Mecklenburg is very nicely placed, geographically, to be a potential power. On the other hand, you also have Big Brother (Brandenburg) nearby, which can make things interesting.

If I read your update correctly, it sounds like you came out of that war all right, even if it didn't succeed as you'd hoped. Definitely room to build from this.

[Location = The repaired ruins of the torn apart, besieged and demolished Mecklenburgian Capital Stronghold]

"Heinrich I" Hey! Advisor. I would like some explenations to all of this!
"Advisor" My name is Christoph Nieman so please stop calling me Advisor! And it isint my fault that we havent reached goverment tech level 24 while you where gone!
"Heinrich I" No its not that i,m worried about, it is the other thing... you know... ehmm... you know... the thing... no... the one... sureley you must know it... wait a minute... i must take some time to remember it... you see i lost it while you where... where... where stating that your name was... ehm... advisor and not... not... No Man Cristh Offer! Yes i remembered it correct!!!
"Advisor" Nope, you just remembered the name that i dont have and dont want you to think that i have so you can learn to properly spell the name that i have that is'nt the one that i don't have.
"Heinrich I" ??? ??? (Trying to solve this utterly over exhagerating mind puzzle of words)
"Heinrich I" ??? ??? (Trying to solve this utterly over exhagerating mind puzzle of words that he said by him self while solving the utterly over exhagerating mind puzzle of words that the Advisor with the strange name said.)

Seeing that the kings mind wasent so clear over what he said and trying to save the kings brain form imploding, The Advisor named Christopher starts a new conversation:

"Advisor" Hey! King! Hallo!!!? Wake up!

Sensing that the king might have saved him self from an imploding brain disaster by going to sleep The advisor named Christ's Offer [something like that] takes the uggliest trick he had ever learned to wake up incompetent kings while their brains are on hold in Gov tech advisor school;

"Advisor" This is you royal messenger speaking, you have arived in the land of immortal beer and all you need to is to wake up and open up your eyes and every memory from the failed war you where in will soon be history. I repeat; You have arived in the land of immortal beer and all you need to is to wake up and open up your eyes

"Heinrich I" YEEES! My dream has come true! I will never be distracted by Kings duties ever again when i do the thing i like most!!!!

[wipes the millions by millions of happie tears from his eyes and sees The offering from Christ him self stand in front of him!

"Heinrich I" Advisor! I,m so happy! You couldnt even believe and the only thing that could make me happier would be a single word from you!

"Advisor" Is the word " Yes king this is very utterly real!"

"Heinrich I" YEEES!!!

"Advisor" Then i can just say...... Nope! All that was just a dream and as you can see now that was just a dream.

"Heinrich I" Oh, i see... i'lle just go and take suicide then...

"Advisor" No! you cant do that!

"Heinrich I" Yes i can i am the king, remember?

"Advisor's Brain" SHUT UP!!! what happens if he goes and hangs him self!
"Advisor" He dies... Right?

"Advisor's Brain" No stupid. Guess who will become the king.

"Advisor" No one, he has married away all of his doughters and he has no sons so there will be an war over who is the rightfull king or this country will be inherited.

"Advisor's Brain" And who will rule the country while all of that is happening?

"Advisor" YEEES!

"Heinrich I" Hey! what are you so happy about.

"Advisor" Nothing!

"Heinrich I" Wait a minute! i dont wanna go and hang my self i've just come up with what we talked about just before all of this happened and my Question was Why Are The People Cheering Even Though All The Cities Are Burned to the Ground?

"A very sad Advisor" Thats not my problem! Talk to Fra Angelico about it and I'll just go and hang my self!

"Heinrich I" Are you also looking for him?

"Fra Angelico" Him? i thought it was a she i was looking for...

"Heinrich I" Weird...

"Heinrich I" We have been sieging this god forsaken/blessed city and not a even 12 soldiers inside the fortress have died!

"Ulrich Warncke" Ughm! I cannot answer your question but i've come here to...[being interupted by Heinrich I]

"Heinrich I" Who are you?!

"Ulrich Warncke" [tries to continue his speech] ...to help you take down the enemy fortress!

Thanks for your comments GhostWriter to bad i can only thank you for comments well... ehm... you are the onlyone commenting.

But who knowes? Even though my roots are in Ukraina and from there to Poland and Russia. Even though i were born in Norway and have liven most of my life in a city named Linköping in Sweden!

So there must be a possibility off som italian guy that migrated to Russia or Poland.

And a possibility of getting more readAARs! [please, please!]
