No ERE or HRE as you can see, Fatimid Sultanate and Seljuk Sultanate invaded ERE and destroyed it.Then Fatimids started blobbing like crazy all the way to Bavaria.I was a vassal of the HRE and at the time Kingdom of Bohemia was independent so i created a faction to put the king of Bohemia in charge of the HRE, what i didn't realise was the Fatimids were already invading the Kingdom of Bohemia so eventually i declared war on my liege and won,then i saw that the invasion of bohemia was at %97 warscore then the fatimids won.Somehow the entire HRE got disbanded,i created the Latin Empire and the Fatimids finally imploded creating this huge mess.Oh also the Pope controls Constantinople.

What are the requirements for forming the latin empire?

You need to control Constantinople and Gallipoli, as far as I know, and the Byzantine Empire must not exist (which is a really silly condition). Other than that, you must be Catholic. I'm not sure about required cultures or anything like that.

Fadilmid -> Raolf (duke) - Raolf (King) - who first son was also Raolf the younger( duke), but gay, slow, and a jerk, so he died so Sebastian could take the throne, but The younger duke daughter turned out the be Quick, Attractive, and owned great tracts of land. So it was married to keep the Realm together. Sadly I could not continue this line breeding as there was a update and broken saves.

So its a combo between a Aunt marriage, and then the next generation a 1st cousin marriage.
