Which titles? I have the Kingdom of Andalusia and the titular kingdom of Portugal, and the counties are in my 2 duchies, each with 4 counties, hence a domain of 8.

Nobody cares if you have more than 1 emperor title and multiple successions have happened without it splitting them up, and I like the prestige gain

I think you get an opinion penalty only for owning too many duchies, but not for higher titles. Or am I wrong?

You don't really need multiple empire titles. I find it a bit redundant since it's the highest it can go. Now if you're RP then I understand. And you do get maluses for holding more than two duchies, and more than two kingdoms.

Dude, you are wrong. In the Sultan of Andalusia picture where the Khazar Holy Orders spawned, he's wearing Bedouin/Andalusian clothing.

Later on down the line, a Kurd took over (Iranian garbs), but that's not in the same picture as THE BADDEST OF SHAHS. "Badshah" is an Arabian title.

You can actually hold as many of the highest-tier title you own as you want without any problem aside from "Desires title of <bleh>". Functionally that means Empire Titles can be infinite since there's no other title higher than it to rank up to, but if there was a "God Emperor" title then you'd be limited to 2 Empires

I'm pretty sure you only get penalties for holding too many duchies; you can hold as many kingdoms as you want with only the "desires X title" penalty to de jure vassals.
