It's the combination of first name, dynasty name, the prince of England title and culture that does it for me. What are we looking at? A nomad taking over an empire? That's not strange, strange is when they don't.
In every HL game i've played so far Either the Byzzies or the Caliph gets knocked over at one point or another by nomads. Not really weird.
I usually see them subjugate Bulgaria or Armenia and then become feudal.
