Can't be. Enigmatic Cache A) Isn't a leviathan, I don't think and B) Teleports away the instant it gets sneezed on

If it weren't for the icons I wouldn't know who was who. Then again, I don't really care either since they're probably one-planet rebels that will die off within the next year or two.

I know this is a common bug in the current version of Stellaris, but I had a quick laugh at seeing both sides here being empty.
