I understand for Senussi; infact Italy has got Savoia, Nizza, Corsica, Tunisia and Gibuti during conference of peace and manteins Somalia, Eritrea and the cities of Tripoli, Bengasi ecc plus Dodecaneso. Instead UK had got a white peace without lossing colonies but, after the rise of Union of Britain, German Empire kept East Africa.
If you need other informations, I'd be very glad to help.
 
UK actually lost some colonies, mostly in the southern region and in China. Could you do me a big favour and post a screenshoot of Europe and China?
 
so, Darkest hour KR got a new update and it really didn't change anything, the only thing that changed was that Somalia was added in, and owns part of Ethiopia. Given that Italy would join the Entente (in KR lore) it means that Grenoble should have Somalia gaining independence and the Senussi gaining the remaining Italian territories, along with canceling the outcome of the Great War historical event as that gives Lybia to Italy.

I am still struggling with the whole 'Somalia' concept as the Mad Mullah, the one who created the nation, was sited in British somaliland and, giving attention to the fact that Abyssinia was in contact with the Germans during WW1 to retake Eritrea and Italian Somalia, I think I will reduce the whole situation in a chain of event with a civil war. I know that I've made quite few changes in the KR timeline in this mod but I feel this new twist in africa way too much unrealistic to do.

I guess, although Ethiopia only wanted Eritrea, and was promised Djibouti by the Germans, Ethiopia had no claims on italian or British Somalialand.

In exchange of the Claim over Djbouti to Germany, because the Kaiser wanted a port in Africa to aid any intervention in Asia, Abyssinia could have taken the entirety of Somalia. It was a good exchange since the southern Area was highly undeveloped. Plus Revanchism.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somaliland_Campaign apparently Germany and Ethiopia aided the Dervish State during the Great War, I know that Germany would be likely to gain Djibouti to secure the Red Sea, (although if I was the Kaiser I would personally want Italian and British Somalia to connect Djibouti to the rest of Mittelafrika.)

Although 1.9 has Somalia in it, and it is official now and not just a hoi4 change.

Speaking of does your Austria-Hungary decisions section look like this:

don't particularly know as to why it has multiple decisions for some decisions. If anybody could enlighten me as to why it is occurring and how to fix it, that would be great.

The reason why Austria and every other nation have this issue might be because the events.txt might have the same connections like 1914_events.txt in the db folder. Also the Wiki page says that Ethiopia's support ceased in 1916, German resources would have been mostly directed to Lettow-Voerbeck Askaris and I think the Ottomans had quite a lot of fronts to actually send people to help there. Without Ethiopia's support, a Dervish Uprising would have been nigh impossible and I think Germany would have preferred an absolutist, christian nation like Abyssinia control those territories bordering with Mittelafrika.

only Austria-Hungary has this issue, no other country does. I assume it may have been because I was putting in events from Darkest Hour Full and slightly editing them without testing it.

I had this issue when putting the string regarding the Testing Tool Custom Mod I use. Generally it's because I put the string both in the event.txt and in another file alike this one. It duplicates them. You might have put the string regarding the 'general_decision.txt' in both event.txt and 1914_event.txt.

checked all of the files and the generic_decisions.txt is in all of them, although the game only registers a TGC_events.txt (although there is a copy of that file for some reason)
 
why don't you check your mod to see if Austria-Hungary (U09) has that type of error present?
 
Dunno how the UK kept the colonies near Abyssinia. That should have already been fixed in the original peacenegotiations.txt.
Also, there is still war over Fengtian?
 
It was actually a mistake in the peace events. This got fixed in the new release that is going to be released quite soon.
