In asset editor we have tools designed to work with ground surfaces:
- parks > surface tools,
- parks > decoration > paths,
- parks > residential > ground tiles.
Question is how to add new tiles to existing ones? Do we need to create one cell size flat object covered with new texture to make new tile?

That is not possible at the moment iirc...

Why? I didn't find any mention about that. There is only info about vehicles and citizens.

For first it would be nice to get answer from CO devs how ground tiles are made - is that so big problem? Are these flat textured objects or simply only textures? If these are textured objects it should be possible to add these as props but I want to know how to add tiles to mentioned in first post tool categories of asset editor.
