does anyone know if the ottomans are still on germany's side???
speaking on the ottomans i think we should just use turkey's tech teams, with really minor ajustments
OE is still in the game, is still a German ally, and is no longer the sickman of europe... what the US and Germany critcize OE for is the Armenian Massacre which occurs in the 1920s in OE-occupied caucasus... while HT doesn't say much about how much ground is taken, Im giving the current Republic of Georgia's area to OE occupation, but still giving Russia the caucas oil.
And on another sidenote, I agree with you completely dark.
Srry bout the delay but I had a problem yesturday with my wireless router, so Im going to make this short...
Important Things: Need to do AI trigs now- CS drive into Ohio, Brit/fren drive through Belgium/Holland/battle in Hamburg, US response to CS in Virginia, and other things such as Willy Knight's attempt on Featherson/WK execution... also AI tech and probablity of sharing...
Im also putting together a final timeline of when everything happens and will have that in the next report which will be on Monday/Tuesday... also I'll put together the top 10 nations list of leaders which Im sure will draw debate...
I got the pictures just putting them into regular paint...what I'm asking about is inserting them onto a post since the "insert image" works only for a web-based pic...
First thing tomorrow I'll post my timeline for the AF world then everyone can dissect it and come up with suggestions... and does anyone know why the earliest date u can start at is 1935 (tried 1933 but it keeps reverting and just want to know why)...

Dont worry KillerBob, I used photoshop to put ur name on the loading page...
Though I am not a happy person, the mod is ready to be packaged (though there are more things to tweak with) so if anyone has any experience in putting an installation program together, then putting it online, it would save me a great deal of pulling the rest of my hair out...
Well, I could write a DOS batch file... but it'd only cover default directories (ie if you chose to install to c:\HoI2\ instead of c:\Progam Files\SomethingOrOther\, you're screwed). But it'd help out some technophobes.
For the interim, I'd ask that you just release the mod as a zip. Just trace which files you changed from vanilla, set up a parallel directory structure (ie you changed ..\HoI2\db\leaders\german.csv? Create a directory in the SA.zip called ..\db\leaders\.), and stick the modded files in the appropriate directory. Do that and I can write a "mod zips" for dummies guide.
Of course, if somebody wants to write a real install program...
A sample batch file:
Start a new file in notepad
Save As "SAforHoI2.bat"
pkunzip SAforHoI2.zip -d c:\temp\SA\
copy c:\temp\SA\db\*.* c:\Program_Files\Paradox_Interactive\HoI2\db\
del c:\temp\SA\db\*.*
rdir c:\temp\SA\db
.
.
rdir C:\temp\SA
****Note: for every directory with modded files, a "copy" directory command would be needed. Pkunzip would unpack a temp directory, which would then need to be copied from and removed. The user's input would be limited to saying "yes" to every string of commands (ie "file already exists. Replace? Y/N")
I dont know if this helpful, but I recently re-read SA and made notes of every important world events/ what was happening in other parts of the worls etc etc.
I also made a note of nearly every named character that appeared who would be suitable for the game, excluding Lts/colonels etc.
