As long as its being colonized, radicals will never be applied to it due to the border gore events even if it doesnt have the warning. I can increase it to 12 months though.

Also thanks for letting me know the states are bugged, i guess the game doesnt support overriding states that way...
 
Oh, I misunderstood. So I have to build a port within 6 months of colonization being finished, not started, that's reasonable. North new zealand only has one colonizable province so colonization is completed instantly, that's why that one completed instantly and then rebelled right at the 6 month mark. I'll just be sure to build a port there first thing.

I changed it to 12 months in 1.4a just in case.
 
@Question I didn't disable mods in an ongoing save. Played with the old modset 2-days ago as UK till 1890 or so.
Yesterday I started a fresh game with your mod as Sikh and it started crashing now and then after around 1860 and reached the constantly crashing states at around 1880.

Maybe its a mod conflict? Check what files your other mods change and compare it to this one. Also try resubscribing to the mod.

In the error log file, ctrl+f terms like "token", "missing", "inconsistent" and "error", see if anything shows up. But that NOM thing is definately an issue with another mod. or possibly one of those rebel name issues in vanilla (which shouldnt cause a crash).

Most of that are UI things, the only thing affecting AI would be AI Egypt Hands of Balkans+Anatolia I think.
I hate that I can't simply try to not load certain mods and load the old savegame, since Vic3 says the save would be incompatible.

Edit: Well extremly weird. No the saves progress further. I switched the game to english to have a clean error.log for you, and in english there is no crash, atleast not immedatly.

I suspect the ai egypt mod has an error there, but this mod's default strategy file should be overwriting it anyway.

Because the loc is not missing from the mod. Can you open up the Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\mod\pdx_52798\.metadata folder and check if the .json file says you are running 1.4a?
 
I think you uploaded 1.4a today? Could be that it works now because I updated to 1.4a and it bugged on 1.4 and it wasn't the german localisation?
I am on 1.4a now, but pretty sure I wasn't yesterday yet when I crashed.
 
The canal decision fix introduced a new bug into my game. It makes it so that after a country has bought the canal province from Egypt, even if I went to war to take it from them the survey decision still wouldn't show up because the purchase decision has already been taken by another country, basically locking me out of it.

It should only be hidden now if you already took the survey or the canal has been completed. If the canal isnt completed, try re-subscribing to the mod.

Any chance this could be extended to making released subjects from a recognized country be recognized?

I tested this, i can still use the survey decision after a purchase is made, try resubscribing and make sure the canal isnt already built.
 
Hello. I've noticed that this mod makes it so that britain declares war against upper/lower canada at the start of the game. I've never had it happen in vanilla+anblled's AI mod but this+AI mod made it happen 3/3 attempts.

This is because i made the AI want to annex OPM subjects, it can happen in vanilla, but the AI just does it -very- rarely. The next version will include some fixes for Canada.
