Why do you expect more powerful computers to become widespread? In fact I expect powerful personal computers to become extinct. The trend is toward small specialized gadgets.
PC gaming if anything has made a comeback in recent years. 5 or 6 years ago it looked like consoles had all but killed PC gaming, now not so much. Sure more people than ever have tablets and smart phones but I don't think powerful PCs will be going 'extinct' anytime soon.
Well, there is plenty of evidence that PC sales are declining, non-gamers are fully satisfied with whatever desktop they already have, powerful computer is already becoming a niche product and who will invest in further development of an ever shrinking niche product?
Non-gaming and gaming PC are very different markets and it has been that way for some time now. PC sales being down is not indicative of what will happen to PC gaming as most of those lost sales would have never played games in the first place.

I assume the next game PDS releases will be either Magicka: Wizard Wars or EvW, Is Magicka: WW a continue of a franchise? Because I know EvW is not.

Please, list the Paradox games that have been banned in China on or after 2008 January 1 with sources.
True. And 2003 is ten years ago.
EDIT: Ten minutes of Googling, which is all I feel inclined to spend on this, have failed to find me a comprehensive "list of video games banned in China", so I can't speak on which if any Paradox games have been recently banned. China has been changing quite rapidly, China ten years ago and China today are remarkably different given that it is China and only a decade.
I quite agree that the only thing constant, in China as in life, is that there is change. I suspect, however, that a company, especially one that has found itself on the wrong end of policies in the passed, might feel it the course of wisdom to wait for firm evidence of the strength and permanency of such changes before marketing a gamin that specifically direction, and, as it is a regrettable fact that Chinese history is not the subject most guaranteed to thrill the heart of the western gamer, I suspect that a game primarily devoted to Chinese history is less likely than many alternatives.
