I'm thinking of moving domestic policies to Sea, Serfdom, Narrowmindedness, Aristocracy (already 10), Offensive Doctrine and Quality.

Mercantalism - 2
Land - 3
Offensive Doctrine - 7
Quality - 9
Serfdom - 5

Peace time for a while. A long time I hope. I like peace time. With peace, brings whining. "Why aren't we at war with some hoodlums?" say the peasents. "Why aren't you building me a cathedral" say the clergy. I don't have to listen to you! I am the way. Prepare for salvation.
Apparently ignoring the clergy had sparked an unwanted rift between the king and the governing bodies in the church. I thought it best to ignore the lot of them and press on with more interesting concerns.
Peace is here with bells on! YAY! No wars for a long time. Well, at least... a year? Time to declare war!
After enough twisting of my arm it was about time to justify the building of a cathedral, although I could not rightly afford it. Awkward to say no after I've already agreed it was time to steal... I mean... borrow... some cash.
The land of Maine has been ceded back to us! It looks just like how we left it. Thank you the late great René!
