Since Hitler did not request Poznan in his ultimatum to Poland, I think it is natural that Poznan would not become a core state. This is similar to Silesia.
These will be resolved when the Great Germanic Empire is formed.
Including multiple issues in a single report makes it difficult to vote if you disagree with some of them.

Until proven otherwise, I assert that it doesn't work on Civilian/Nuclear specialization. I've reported it here. The remaining branches are seemingly fine.
