Also I appear to have come up against an odd AI bug:

http://img697.imageshack.us/img697/5900/hungaryl.jpg

Hungary had a rebellion in Slavonia. It didn't attempt to fight it, just guarded the capital. The rebels defeated them there, took the capital, fought the army again and took the next province. The army has then sat in the province you see it in now, the rebels marched on them again and were defeated... but they just stayed there. Slavonia and Buda have been allowed to rebel to Bosnia, and soon enough the government will fall as they refuse to recapture the capital. They won't give me military access so I can't rescue them either. Hehe

I had similar problem, but I have solution what working for me.
Before select that scenario what you want to play you should select other scenario and then select one you want. In my case:

lanch game -> select scenario 1337 -> 1 January 1337 -> CTD
solution:
lanch game -> select other scenario -> select scenario 1337 -> working :D

thx for your reply but i have problems with this explanation

what is CTD??
I would like to play the scenario "1792" but after 2days it crashes
what must i do i need a detailed tutorial :D

please help

CTD = crash to desktop :D

Try this solution:
Launch game -> select any scenario -> select any country -> select country what you want to play -> play without CTD

Yes and if you take a look at the first post in this thread you should gain all the update I've written in this thread since the latest version.

Also I appear to have come up against an odd AI bug:

That is not really anything I can do anything about. It has to do with the game it self.

i remember the nappy scenario was crashing a lot in eu2 also

the problem is my game doesnt crash at 1337 it only crashes if i play scenario 1792

And if you did what I said:

Cool-Toxic said:
Known issues with the current version:
  • Missing cannons for some army sprites. [FIXED]
    [*]Napoleon's Ambitions crashes after some days. [FIXED]
  • 1337 - Having the option of Denmark's division off results in error messages. [FIXED]
  • Some have scenarios that crash after some days. [FIXED - see here]

The 1792 scenario is named Napoleon's Ambitions after Napoleon.

select country what you want to play (but not from the same shield from which you will play)

Huh? This doesn't make any sense. How can you select the country you want to play without selecting its shield?

A much simpler way of playing without CTD is as follows:

1. Select the scenario/save you want to play.
2. Select any other scenario/save.
3. Select the scenatio/save you want to play again, select your country if applicable and start the game.
4. You will play relatively free of CTDs.

The only other cause I have discerned is when setting the gold minting slider. If you try to move it and right click to lock it straight away, or conversely right click to unlock it and try to move it straight away, you will get a CTD. The solution here is to do one, wait ten days then do the other. I have experienced other random CTDs that I can't put a finger to, but they are not terribly often.

As it is the game is relatively stable, and definitely playable if you follow the above instructions.

Also, found another bug. You've got two monarchs with the same ID.

Louis Philip IV:

Code:
		historicalmonarch = {
			id = { type = 6 id = 65101 }
			name = "Louis Philip IV"
			category = monarch
			rank = 100
			startdate = { day = 8 month = september year = 1894 }
			deathdate = { day = 28 month = march year = 1926 }
			ADM = 5
			DIP = 5
			MIL = 7
		}

Louis V:
Code:
		historicalmonarch = {
			id = { type = 6 id = 65101 }
			name = "Louis V"
			category = monarch
			rank = 100
			startdate = { day = 10 month = november year = 1911 }
			deathdate = { day = 17 month = june year = 1921 }
			ADM = 8
			DIP = 7
			MIL = 6
		}

These things are game issues and you should write this in the bug forum in order to help the guys behind the game fixing this.

Are you sure? I've not encountered any of these problems with any other mods.

Agree - in my case it mostly happen in 1337 scenario.

2 official working solutions for Watkabaoi 2.01 crash on 1st January (on the scenario start):

1. Launch game
-> select any scenario
-> select any country (but not from the same shield from which you want to play)
-> select the country which you want to play
-> play without CTD :)

or

2. Launch game
-> select any scenario (but not which you want to play)
-> select any country
-> select scenario which you want to play
-> select any country (but not from the same shield from which you want to play)
-> select the country which you want to play
-> play without CTD

Well these problems are not occuring for me and thus I cannot fix them.

Ok, no problems. Hopefully the next version will resolve it.

Just some feedback on your random events... while the influence events are good, I think they are too arbitrary. The one where you lose relations and stability doesn't really make sense to me... and the ones that force you to pay money for a relation boost and/or royal marriage are horrible in that they don't give you any choice. I don't want to take out a loan to gain a royal marriage with a country that I don't even care about! I think you should make it so that you have the option of going ahead with it or not.
