Many congratulations

Congratulations! While I've fallen very behind, it is a great AAR that inspired me to try a Mexico game.

Well deserved. :)

Once again, I am thoroughly honored. As it's about time to pass the award on I believe, I'd like to open the thread to nominations. Unfortunately, with intense training going on at my job, I really have barely been on the forums for the past couple weeks, and I don't feel like I've really had the time to read and make a worthy nomination that would be sufficiently educated.

Thank you folks! It was nice to come back from Turkey Day, were us mammals celebrate our victory over the birds, to find my newest AAR getting it's first award. In return I would like to nominate Jerusalem Calling - A Khazarian AAR by @terr0rizm which, while it had won a few awards, has not been nominated for the Weekly AAR Showcase and I think it needs more attention.

Many congratulations

Thank you all very much! :)

I've actually come to read a few AARs over the weekend. While most of them are already well known and decorated, I've stumbled across @Big Byzantine Blob 's very enjoyable tale Praise the Rats: A Georgia AAR (936 A.D.) .

Not only is it written rather humorously, it also heavily features a mechanic that despite its enormous dramatic appeal is rarely employed in Grand Strategy games, let alone AARs: failure. The Georgians are in a precarious position, and they're making the best of it...sometimes the best for their Kingdom, but regularly the best for the reader's enjoyment.

Very many congratulations
