Thanks! Unfortunate that ive not been able to update in a few weeks. Really busy month.

Congratulations!

Very many congratulations.

Then if I may, allow me to point the readers to a new @Bullfilter offering, the latest in his Quick and Dirty series, Quick and Dirty 2: A Soviet Resurgence (HOI3 - March 1944 start) the sequel to his Quick and Dirty French campaign!
Why did you do this Wraith? Why?

We cannot encourage Bullfilter to have half a dozen AARs running at the same time and have them all be good. It is both dispiriting for the rest of us and creates far too much work in keeping up with him. We must pretend this new one is actually a bit dodgy, maybe that way he will slow down a bit. It seems harsh but I assure you it is the only way.

This post may not be 100% serious.

That is very nice of you, my friend, and most appreciated. :)

For those wishing to have a look, this one is very new (started Saturday) so you can get in at the beginning if you wish. Like it’s predecessor, it is a bit of a ‘summer holiday project’ (even if our summer has been a bit hotter and smokier than one would have liked), so is designed to be short, sharp and over in a few months. That’s the plan, anyway. ;)

It poses something rather different to the ‘standard’ WW2 scenario and in a situation where I’m not afraid to fail in a game objective sense (the Resurgence sees me taking over a country the AI has been playing for the last eight years or so at an almost post-war time when another faction has essentially already substantively won, which I must try to reverse.)

:D You kidder you. I’ll take this nod in the spirit of any publicity being good publicity, the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about and nothing succeeding like excess! Also deploying more cliches than you can poke a stick at! (Diverging from Wilde to quaint Australianisms). It’s just four AARs at once - a modest surfeit only, surely! ;)
Congrats @Bullfilter! :D

(And is that a hint of jealousy I detect, @El Pip? ;) )
Thank you sir! And I’m sure our distinguished interlocutor doesn’t have a single envious bone in his body. :D

A happy new year to all and I will definitely come up with a nomination in a week’s time.

Another AAR by @Bullfilter , and no one told me? You’re more active than even I was when I started two AARs right after completing one during that one fateful summer. :D Congrats man, going to check it out!

Definitely worth a read :)
