Time for me to hand to a new AAR. I'm putting forth The Andean Century, a Victoria 3 AAR by @Ajaxwindowcleaner . The capsule AAR is a short breezy read with a really gorgeous map created by the author and I would like to encourage him to submit more of his recaps. It's also a nice change of pace to be able to finish reading an AAR in single sitting.
