I find the concept of zombies more interesting.
Also do you make the baddies pick their roles/traits before learning who their mates are? I think you should do it that way, since otherwise the baddies can optimise their pack which will be detrimental to the game. Having them choose beforehand also can lead to hilarity like a pack only having a single wolf due to the rest being egotistical and choosing cultist so that they can jump ship.

Jester isn't really good to pick as a goodie, since you can't really use it unless specifically asked to by the JL.
But for baddies it can be quite useful. And it isn't hard to understand. You just target somebody at night, like with the distiller, but unlike the distiller you don't block nightly actions. Instead of morph them into something else which can either be better or worse.

I didn't know I had been gone for that long. Recently I did a game where I got to be seer for the first time, and while getting lynched by the village for playing like a lunatic isn't the best outcome, I had a good time and will use that game as a learning experience to be a better seer this time.
