As it always is. Nothing much has changed. Liberal government changed to social democratic government, i.e. right wing to left wing government, but thre's not much difference here so not really much change.
Appears we'll be attempting to reach 70% less emissions than in 1990 by 2030. Time will tell if it's possible. We're at 35% reduced already.

How would that be a problem!? Some of the most memorable game play has been caused by new players not following the old ways.
