We can maybe make the leaderbox a bit longer, but I don't know for sure. About how to change generals we cannot, but you can try to follow the EU2 source code project. Which is a usermade expansion for EU2 and we'll use it when it's out. :)

Vlach, or Walach would be a German word meaning "stranger" or, more accurately someone who speaks a non-german language.

It's a word similar to "Welsh" or "Walloon", in old Gothic sources iirc the language is called "Walhisc" as opposed to the German "Theodisc" (Godspeak) the latter "Deutsch".
 
Hmm anyone got a nice idea to show the Mayors of Palace ? We have the four parts of the Frankish Kingdom: Neustria, Austrasia, Aquitaine and Burgundy. But what about the Frankish Kingdom ? Should it just own and control Francia ? And shall we name it Francia, Lombardia, Visigothia and Byzantia(Romania)?
 
call it Kingdm of the Franks possibly? I would give it at least Neustria.

as for other names, I think those you suggested are ok (Romania rather than Byzantia).

I started editing province.csv; yet cultures in Africa, later I will edit also some parts of Europe. I think that before I start with terrain and climate I have to actually play the game to see how they are used :D

I only noticed that on the ID map I got, there are two provinces 503 (Bari and one in Africa) The map is already outdated, but anyway..
 
but someone has the mod arabia:( universalis v 1.00 because of the rapid share does not work tells me the file and delete it if someone can post it because I had downloaded 1 months ago but unfortunately it's sister hello thanks
