Tree eraser brush instead of deleting them individually

Already works, I think.
In forest mode (multiple trees) select the trees you want to get rid off and paint with your right mouse button. Works more effective with 100% brush intensity.
Maybe this is a tree controller feature (?) but I'm pretty sure it's vanilla.

Having jumped back in recently, man alive does the zoning suck in CS2. At this point I would love a zoning stamp.

Let me choose the size of zoning I want and let me stamp it next to the road. Throw in a line tool too so row houses and wall to wall buildings are covered.
