What would be a terrible idea, but incredibly funny to add to the game for you?

Personally, I'd like to see a feature that if the game detects you alt+F4'd or save scummed in an iron man game, there would be an incredibly low chance (like 1 in 100,000) that your nation instantly gets hit by a meteor and you get a game over screen, it's incredibly dumb, but oh my god would it be funny.

Revive the Shang dynasty as a descendant of Confucius. Could start with an easter egg event when a Chinese warlord take control of the province Qufu, where the descendant of Confucius slowly gains power within the state. Better yet, an ancient form of Confucianism that is focused on ancient Chinese history and ridding China of Buddhism.
(Edit: for those who do not know, the Confucianism that Confucius preached was about praising the glories of the Shang and Zhou dynasties and urging the warring states to return to ancient ways)

IDK man, I feel like a Babylonian "revival" is much more likely in the age of National Romanticism than in the EU4 timeframe. Archaeology just properly kicking off, unveiling a romantic "golden age" to mythologize around in your nationalist revival movement? It definitely feels more plausible than some Medieval or early modern ruler just claiming the title "Sultan of Babylon".
