What I'm imagining for the PDX announcement is a big 3 appearing on screen slowly with bombastic music...
... And then "Magicka" appearing behind it.
Seriously though, something along the likes of CK 3 would be an excellent idea, either a fantasy spin off or a real sequel. Especially the emergent story telling it brings (which was also a big part of stellaris) would be a nice change of pace from the map painting games.
