This might be intentional, but I doubt it: when Leontius is defeated, he doesn't actually get reincorporated into the Empire.

I have installed everything correctly, as far as I can tell, and have just been playing with only this mod and its daughters that come with the download.
My save (attached) seems to crash by the end of January every time, and I have tried to load it four different times. Is there some other information I can provide that might help someone to figure out the issue?

Having issues with legions. I have the 2000 gold but the other requirement to "control all baronies in X" will not ever be fulfilled, despite my having every country in the de jure land of the kingdom I hold. The decision is there for me, but it just won't recognise that I control the required de jure area. I'm not playing with any other mods that would affect WTWSMS.
You need to control not only all counties, but also all baronnies.
How can I check that all the baronies in the counties are my vassals? Is it because I have some tribal vassals?
It should be indicated in the diplomatic map mode whether or not you fully control these counties via your vassals.

I began my first playthrough of this mod as Theodoric. It’s 747 now, and I’ve restored the combined Roman Empire. I want to change my administration law from royal to imperial. One of the requirements is to not have royal administration. Is this intentional? If so, how can I change this? I’ve already established absolute ruler control in my council laws.

No, it is not intentional, there is currently a bug which prevents you from changing this.
Another Error with the Zalmoxian Warrior Society it seems. I had the legends bar filled for the better part of 50 years, and the event never fired off. Even after I died, and other chiefs took over, the event never managed to fire.
One of my vassals formed the frankish kingdom (playing as Childeric), which made him independent from me

Could you post a screenshot or give more context? What title did you held, which territories did your vassal hold?
That is going to be difficult to resolve if it exists in vanilla too, but we can look into it.
i deleted the save, sadly, but my heir clovis formed the kingdom while being a duke (one the four frankish duchies without de jure vassals), before this happened i was the king of belgica.
The game crashes for me when the loading bar gets to "drawing maps of old Rome."
You had formed the kingdom of Belgica while giving away all the Frankish lands to your heir Clovis? The issue is a missing line for the decision, which we will resolve, but to avoid this from happening in the meantime don't give away the core territory to a powerful vassal.
