I never understood-- what was the purpose of the political party countries in the older versions of KR? Were they in lieu of world flags designating Germany as following a specific set of policies or whatever?
They were meant to add extra flavour to the planned German election and army reformation events. Sadly that never quite got off the ground.

Playing as the AOG, I chose to work with the local elites and the next event never occurred. The event chain seemed completely broken for some reason.
South Africa has Apartheid events, if the National Party is elected and you choose to implement racial segregation. I believe they also have civil war events between the ruling government and the African National Congress if the Internationale wins WW2.

What KR version are you using? Are you sure its CoF annexing Austria that causes the crash? Its strange it would show the annexation THEN crash.1940-10-12 : 11:00 November 13, 1940 : Commune of France annexed Austria

This happened to me..
Also I've noticed in my game as UoB that the sea around Scapa Flow is linked to the Norwegian Plain so you can move towards Norway from Scotland without going into the waters around Lerwick..... This actually caused me to lose a ship (screen only luckily) because it took so long for my fleet to move out of the sea province it got bombed....
Playing UoB, just got the T.E Lawrence event...No idea if I should trust this bastard...To the events folder?
Lawrence is only a problem with a certain chain after the German Capitulation from Europe with the defeat of Germany.
What does he do? Currently searching through my events folder looking through UoB events on anything that he does. I know Orwell (Blair) does something if you let the Totalists win the TUC (Which I did for laughs)
For him to royally screw with UoB, Totalists need to be in power, and retain power in the Extraordinary Congress post-capitulation by Germany. This allows Lawrance who loves democracy to stage a counter-revolution against Mosley, where United Kingdom spawns in Britain and joins the Entente, causing an instant civil war.
Or, you can get Lawrance to kill himself.
If you send Lawrence to Germany he will lead a terrorist/saboteur campaign across German cities. He'll cause dissent and destroy some IC basically.
