I can't figure out how colonize provinces through decisions work. Started a Rhoynar count and there's no option for me to start colonizing adjacent provinces..

Province decisions are accessed by right clicking on the target province's shield/coat of arms.

Thank you so much. How does that work, exactly? Can it be modded so that LPs already start as kings?
 
How do I download this mod? I installed the mod from the link provided, I copied it to documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings 2\mod and I uninstalled the previous AGoT mod using the uninstall .exe. The mod is not showing up on the mod tab in my game. What did I do wrong?

Are you sure you have it correctly installed? you should reinstall it again just to make sure, the old mod and the new one are completely separate shouldn't need to copy over it.
Did you happen to rename the main mod file? The New Version should be called A Game of Thrones Qohor, With the .mod file of the same name.
this is the path the mod file will load path = "mod/A Game of Thrones Qohor". Just make sure the file name is exactly the same and it should show up on the mod list when you launch the game.

Thank you. However, I figured it out myself though this will be of great help to others hopefully. I downloaded the .zip file and downloaded the "recommended" Win-whatever that media fire endorses and recommends to use. I use it to unzip the file to Documents\Paradox Interactive\etc. and I uninstalled (before downloading the mod) the previous version using the uninstall .exe and then I tried out the mod and it worked.

Vassal king tier characters can now have royal status granted or revoked, through a couple of methods. This allows titular kingdoms to remain under 'empire' tier kings, or for for LPs to be granted king status. It also allows new LPs, in Essos for example. You can mod the LPs to start as kings by changing the feudal_government_LP entry in the government files.

There is currently no difference except the title, but may look into giving them more rights/prestige at some point. You can make vassal kings lords paramount by using the 'revoke royal privilege' diplomatic action.

That's probably what the modders were talking about when they said that CKII Vanila glitched it. They also said one of the modders would also get a coronary so delete this post before he sees it and the world loses another angel :).
 
Does this update include the proper nomadic government type for the Dothraki, Jogos Nhai, and other nomadic lands?

Also, for what cultures or culture groups does the wolf's blood event chain happen? I know werewolf is culture-independent at least in vanilla it is.
