So far, excluding the OT, the only mentions of threadmarks have been in the Forum Maintenance thread and a few in the Spanish OT Catalan thread. It's entirely possible that the relevant OT thread has flown under the radar for now.

I suspect threadmarks will be disabled outside appropriate forums soon enough - pity, they could be useful in WW. Assuming it ever gets played again, of course.

Werewolf Lite CCCXCVIII: Stalin vs. The Martians​

The year is 1942. The Soviet Union is in great peril. The Nazis have pushed at lightning speed through the western regions of Mother Russia and have almost reached the gates of Moscow itself. Leningrad lays under siege, and German Panzers roll through the Ukraine in the relentless pursuit of Stalingrad, and the Caucuses beyond. The Red Army is at its knees trying to fight the German threat.

But, unbeknownst to all but those highly trusted by the Kremlin, another threat lies further east. Extra-terrestrial invaders from Mars have come to conquer Earth, and the only nation able to stand against them is the Soviet Union. Stalin has, unbeknownst to both Axis and Allies, sent divisions east, to fight the Martian threat. The only way to save the Motherland is to destroy the Martian invaders, and ultimately take the fight to them.

Of course, the Martians are tricky. They have sent spies into the high ranks of the Soviet military, aiming to bring down the government from within. The loyal comrades must sniff out these traitors to the Motherland, and ensure the safety of Mother Russia.

Don't count on it. I've already alerted the powers there be about the threadmark abuse in OT and I'm sure others have too.
Albeit I am the marklord, so perhaps it only fell upon me to do so.
