This patch came at basically the worst time for some of the team. For example, me personally I am otherwise busy with work till at least mid next month. Use the older version of CK2.

woke up to day and saw the new patch. almost all the shit they changed has been in plus for years except for the the new crusade mechanic.
new crusade mechanic is part of the future expansion patch, not the spring cleaning patch.
what have they made in updating? all fashion has ceased to work, even the simplest boards of dynasties....?
Make sure you're not using any mods but ck2+, and make sure you're on patch 2.8.1. This means rolling back the game via steam.
Additionally, please use the Bug Report thread for reporting bugs. Not this one.

Well, to be fair the whole update was a bunch of cleaning patches for underlying code. Plenty of stuff that could've been depended on might've been removed.
To be entirely honest, the current checksum of the "hotfix" sums the condition of vanilla and update very well. (SAHQ)

Well i didn't even realise CKII updated to 2.8.2. Been playing CKIIplus for whole last week? What actually is the problem/incompatibility?
Some people reported CTDs. Based on compatch info, other than that there's some gfx stuff and bug fixes.
I ran into the pre-2.8.2 "not pleasant" find-a-smith event. That's about it
