I’m pretty upset that cities won’t update if I have a customer review I’ll give it a one star for not communicating, having issues, crashes, ext. need half the refund sooner or later if the update is not working or not even there

I know I’m pretty mad but every cities players are waiting for the update
 
This is getting a bit ridiculous now , surely all this should have been checked before announcment or release , right? , I been waiting ages for this so as soon as I saw the tweet that it was out for Xbox I went straight away to the store and got it , like many others proberly have.
 
Guys, stop freaking out that you deserve a refund because you paid 15 dollars for DLC and they’re “stealing” your money. Paradox Interactive is a relatively small company, and they’re working hard to ensure we all will gain access to the DLC. Things like this happen all the time, it’s probably just a miscommunication between Xbox and Paradox on the release of the update.
 
I feel like once an update is submitted and approved then it is out of the developer's hands. Sounds to me like a Microsoft issue and I'm sure they will get it all sorted out today.

If we keep this constructive and continue to inform the developers on what is/isn't working then maybe we can assist in expediting whatever fix is needed for this update to go live.
 
Since they failed to meet their own release date despite continuing to promote its release today you're entitled to a refund right now. According to these patch notes the release date was midnight local time which has come and past for everybody. If no update comes by the end of the day the devs could potentially find themselves in the middle of a class action lawsuit. I highly doubt it would ever come to that but without solid communication as to what's going on I think a lot of players would start thinking drastically


Who is disagreeing a lot of people went and bought this dlc and it dosent even work so unless they fix the issue wether it be with Msoft or they themselves a lot of people are gonna get a refund or its gonna be a lawsuit for selling a defective product people are all ready pissed at how the devs handle their other platforms such as console so dont push it past the customers
 
We're talking about a global infrastructure here. Something went wrong rolling out the update and it could take a while for them to identify and resolve the issue. Be patient and have faith that they are doing everything they can to fix it.
