Hello. I like the mod of its realism, but there's been a problem with the timing of traffic. so during peak hours morning and evening traffic. I hardly see traffic during the weekdays I have the settings on. when it comes to like rush hour 4 pm, 5 pm & 6 pm. I hardly see any traffic on the roads. see a lot on the freeways but not my main roads and the city center. I try messing around with the default settings for example. (week) settings have (office, commercial, industry, and city services on high 100% or like 95% on high during the weekdays. also for the work (office) settings, I rarely see any cars on the roads during peak hours like 7 am 8 am 9 am 4 pm 5 pm, and 6 pm. I am not sure what's been going on here. if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. I've been switching settings around performance, balanced & country settings here) and tweaking them a bit to have most of the settings on high. like for office, commercial, industry, and city services on high weekdays. does anyone know how to fix that, have traffic increased? bc traffic is barely around for some reason, except my highways have a lot. my city population is 87K pop. Overall all seeing a lot of reduced traffic here.

Are you also using the Traffic Simulation Adjuster mod?

no I've only been using this mod for realistic traffic. past month or two I've quite noticed a reduction in my traffic when I have the settings on the (7 weekdays and weekends. so im wondering whats been going on here. bc before it worked fine. is there something im dowing wrong? bc ive been tweaking around with the settings on high.

I would recommend you use it. The game reduces the amount of traffic significantly when the city gets bigger. My mod does not change that, but Traffic Simulation Adjuster does.
 
Hi ruzbeh0, thank you so much for this wonderful mod!

I am currently setting a slower time factor of 3 without any functional issues. However, on the city statistical panel, only a third of the data were properly shown. As I'm trying, it seems like only the last "1/x" fraction of plots were displayed if the slower time factor is set to "x".

I wonder if you (or anyone else) are having the same issue, and are there any fixes to it? Thanks!

I would like to ask why the graduation time of schools in the game is related to the number of days in each month in the mod, where one day is 6 months, 10 days is 60 months, and 30 days is 180 months. That's why.

Hi, it seems that my cims are stuck in the external connections for a long time instead of moving in right away. Is this normal? I understand that time is dilated, which is the whole reason I got this mod, but is that a bug with the stuck cims?

I don't think this issue would be because of this mod. Maybe you have another mod causing this?

Hi , I disabled all the mods and just used this one, the behaviour is the same.
I selected the time dilation factor of 3.
Example: I am zoning low density. Then checking family that occupies it. When i check member's location, it's in the outside connection. And it stays like that for many in-game days. Eventually they can arrive, but usually they don't. And I'm curious if that's because of any other settings in the mod? either way, the rate at which people move in is really really slow because of this.
 
I'm curious... actually I experience the opposite. I zone new residential and it feels like the new cims cross the border all at once.
My time dilation is set to 3.5.

I don't know why this would be happening. And I still think this is not related to this mod. Perhaps it is a game bug

It's probably that I had them active on the same map then disabled them? I only used Realistic Population (your other mod), Realistic Parking and some dependencies. I will try with a new map and come back
 
that sounds like a desired behavior to me. What other mods do you use?

The error is in Realistic Trips, not Improved Building Level Info View (IBLIV). In the Setting.cs file, in the LocalePT class, in the ReadEntries method, for the settings_choice setting, there are two calls to GetOptionDescLocaleID. I believe the first call should be GetOptionLabelLocaleID. You can reproduce the error by starting the game without IBLIV and change the language to Portuguese. The reason this error shows up when IBLIV is included is because IBLIV temporarily changes the game language to every base game language to get some of the base game's translations.
