A Vosges has been repaired and is now being scrapped.
CC (Colony Cost) is - if I recall correctly - how many hundreds of Infrastructure you need to support one million pops in this environment.
So a planet with a temperature and gas mix that gives CC 2.0 would require 200 Infrastructure for each 1,000,000 population.

Including the units still in our build queue, we now have 160 Battalions (10 Divisions) of the new-model Infantry.
Plus, of course, all the Space Marine and Tank forces that we already had before the Modron war started.

Well.
Let me explain.
It began with the forging of the great rings.
But mostly, with the analogy of brains as being powered by a hamster wheel, needing some time to get up to speed. A capybara, being a bigger rodent, would presumably have more power... So upgrading to capybara would improve mental speed.
