I can laugh about it now. It was almost 25 years ago.
Also known as the British way of doing trade agreements. Do we have a large surplus of opium to sek?Stand and deliver! Your money, or your life!
So you're telling us you were married to @Graf Zeppelin ?Reminds me of my divorce from my first wife. Though the missiles were actually dishes and glasses. One steak knife.
Ooooh you will hear more of that person if you stay here.My ex wouldn't be caught dead on a site like this. One of several reasonsI joined 19 years ago. She just used whatever was close to hand.
I have never heard of that person you reference and have no clue what they might have done.
Maybe maybe not. We don't seem to frequent the same areas of the forum. At least, I understand where the reference to the fork came from now.Ooooh you will hear more of that person if you stay here.
Why the negative growth?Planet Harmony continues to recover from the Modron attack of two years ago.
Population over 13 million... currently in negative growth because the environmental conditions vary wildly with the seasons and it is now mid-winter.
Over 1,000,000 tons of Fleet Cap, so this location is useful for maintenance and overhaul. It has no Repair facilities, though.

So you joined to spite her?One of several reasonsI joined 19 years ago.
You don't use OT? But yeah, she's (in)famous for making such fork references.Maybe maybe not. We don't seem to frequent the same areas of the forum. At least, I understand where the reference to the fork came from now.
How does her atmosphere look like?Planet Harmony continues to recover from the Modron attack of two years ago.

Will thebshields protect the non military parts too, like the maintenence workshops? In the same star system at the choke-point to the Neutral Zone is the New Dreaded Fortress of Doom.
The 57 maintenance workshops give us nearly 2,000,000 Fleet Cap in this location.
Again, we can store an entire fleet here at 100% readiness.
The five military modules give a total of 2,400 shield (480 each).

Because the CC rose as the planet got further away from the star. Why the negative growth?
Why the negative growth?
How does her atmosphere look like? - Breathable, now that we've diluted the oxygen level down to 30% or less. We're pumping in greenhouse gasses both to dilute the oxygen and to raise the planet's temperature.
And how much does the CC change with the year? - See below.
Will thebshields protect the non military parts too, like the maintenence workshops? - No. Each shield only protects the module that generates it.
Because the CC rose as the planet got further away from the star.
... I think Blue Emu's threads are the only ones I read in OT these days.
Is it possible yo get cc 0 in winter too? What's aestusium?Interesting fact :
Our Rodent class dropships carry 5,500 tons of shuttles (only used for loading troops, not for dropping them). That's how they load 50,000 troops in one hour.
Civvie transport companies keep bringing in as many settlers as the life-support infrastructure can hold... and each winter, that limit drops for a few months.
... so if the civvie colony ships arrive in winter, there's no problem... but if they arrive in summer, they'll unload extra people.

Exactly. An elliptical orbit. The planet is sometimes closer to the star and sometimes further. So the colony cost goes up and down.

Pretty wild you were able to make more by working half the time.@Wagonlitz my first wife and I split before I ever heard of this place. I had very few games and even less time to play them. When I was married the first time, 80 hour work weeks were very common for me. After my divorce, I immediately cut down to 60 and within 6 months was down to 40 hours. Between first and second wives I became self employed and enjoyed it. Fewer hours, more money. When my second wife was killed, I dropped out of the world bought a 65' ketch and sailed around the world for the better part of 10 years. Last year one of the hurricanes destroyed my house. Now I am technically "homeless" and enjoying the freedom. Now, I am looking for a class b or c rv and I plan to live and travel in it full time until I tire of it or die. Whichever comes first.
As I am sure you know, I quit werewolf years ago so I think Blue Emu's threads are the only ones I read in OT these days.
