Also,what flags do you want to use? Obviously we'll have to change Russia's flag when it becomes Soviet Union and we'll have to change Austria-Hungary when it gets broken down but do you want to use modern flags for the rest or do you want to use 1914 flags?
O would really appreciate if I could delegate someone the position of flag and sheild collector/applier for all the relevant periods etc... Is anyone willing and able? many flags could be obtained from the other various mods I think.

Something bout it being illegal in Germany. Paradox doesn't like controversial material. That is why nazi symbol will not be in HOI. But being that this is a scenario for optional download, perhaps we could just add a warning.

You should get your own forum like IFU and AON does so we can add sub forums to really get the ball rolling once you think there is enough interest

One thing many WW2 games use, such as TalonSoft's West Front and East Front games is the German iron crossover a gray background (the one you would see on German military vechicles of that time). Maybe use this as the flag and shields for Germany at that time instead. This way there is no worries.
I personally would hate censoring the game (or any historical) game this way, but if it makes the scenario much more acceptable and less controversial then this would be the best way I could think of.

The tag situation is somewhat eased by there being a large terra incognita through africa taking away the need to implement those nations. Still several African nations will be born. But on the other side, EU 2 has a lot of nation tags.

Plus I noticed the Modern scenario folks start theirs at 1991.Since its 1914-1991 you should call it the Hot and Cold War Scenario

Yea those Modern Day scenario guys choose 1991 after I and some others requested it so AoN 1820-1914, this one 1914-1991 MD 1991-2xxx.
