I have a problem with certain ports in the game. All the prots in South America and some other parts of the world are inaccesable.
ie: the player or computer cannot select them and build ships there becuase they are blacked out...
I am sure this has somthing to do with province file but cannot be bothered with trial and error... Any ideas you gurus out there?

I think that Israel should be called Palestine. This actually wouldn't be incorrect since the whole geographic area is called Palestine anyways. That would avoid having to split the provines of Judea and Samaria in half(which is impossible).
Do you need suggestions for flavor events? Because I specialized in intellectual and literary history in school...

yea it's pretty much only there because england switches to that flag when they get the act of union event.
it isn't my fault yor posts aren't worth reading completely.
more importantly, we are in dire need of someone with the ability to edit the land and navy.csv charts for us so as to make the scenario more accurate, especially in regards to unit speed modifier.

My question now would be (if I am allowed to do this) A. Do I just go ahead and create these files. B) Is there a early beta I can test this in and add to? C) Who collects all the files.
