That's a really nice find! Do you plan to work your magic on it?
I'm puttering around with it right now but I'm not impressing myself with the result - you've set the benchmark too high.
for the next release GER is already closed with a few generals pics and the only austrian rear admiral (TT in AUS) and thats a more difficult one. i'll keep it in mind.

maybe you'll find even better ones?

I'm astonished to find Naval Infantry represented at Dieppe. I really shouldn't be because their major role was as harbour guards, but it just never occurred to me that this would have involved them there. Just goes to show that our greatest limitations sometimes lie in our thinking.

I'll keep puttering.

Robert, i assembled all those confusing files - not related to a specific country - in a new file called "z - AoD"
rip this off and copy on desktop. rename it in "AoD" and copy all leader images in AoD/gfx/interfac/pics

when you have done this, copy this file over an AoD installation. should work.

sorry for this complicated procedure, but these are very many people and i have to remember them.

if you only want to have a specific country (like USA for instance), just copy the image for USA in your game and the CSVs

found this combat team from the Admiral Scheer; could be useful for a marine division ill? they look a bit clumsy, though..

To quote Artie Johnson doing his helmeted German impression, "Veeery Interesting". Did you note the cavalry helmets - no wonder some of them look clumsy; riding a charger aint like riding the waves. Many thanks, something else for me to practise on.

version 37 is up (at least on gamefront.com) - see first post this thread
or: http://www.filefactory.com/file/36wiar2n3pm5/COLOUR_v37_rar

what is new? - seriously i dont remember

there are maybe 2 tech teams:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasily_Degtyaryov for the soviet union (if it wasnt in v36 already?)
and for latvia http://generals.dk/general/Indāns/Jānis_Teodors/Latvia.html

otherwise there are a lot of people fro the RSI in the RSI folder and italians in the ITA folder
some chinese and some americans - the communist chinese have often two pictures: one before 1949 andone for the established communist state

a lot of italians as already stated and thanks to generals.dk there are only people in generals rank for the Regia Aeronautica now. I could fire all the people with lower ranks while still having enough officers to keep the game playable - i didnt expect this 2 weeks before!

some generals and amdirals for the US

and at least i think i have all the chiefs of staff for belgium, thanks to a helping hand on AHF: http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=197571#p1827212
(except Mr Piron :D)
