What details do you want? When I click convert it stays at 0% and then after 57 seconds it just says error
Ok. Your reinstallation of eu4 has nothing to do with what you're describing.

It sounds like the frontend couldn't start the converter because it was blocked either by an already running one or antivirus or something else. Restart your computer, delete the converter and unpack it again from the zip, then retry. If that fails try disabling antivirus.

This likely means you started your save game in CK3 version 1.2, but continued it in CK version 1.3. Unfortunately, this breaks the save in such a way that the converter cannot read it.
Please, help me. Are there any ways to convert 1.2 save to 1.3 save (CK3)?

No, unfortunately there is not. You can use older converter designed to convert 1.2 ck3 to 1.30 eu4, but you'd also have to downgrade your EU4.

Thank you, what is version of EUIV (To what version should I downgrade)?

That depends on the converter you use. Every one says explicitely what versions it's compatible with. Check out their release posts.

Coming from Steam, i attached the files i changed. In the rome one i just tweaked the development (also every province in the world has the same development, dunno why), in the zzz_extra_ideas file i changed the triggers of FRA and Z00, same thing with the charlemagne one. And lastly, the maghreb one I just added the dynasty line.

Just to make sure, did you by accident enable flat dev in EU4 options? That would override any dev the converter produced. What does your dev look like?

As for the rest, where did you edit these files? Sounds like a silly question but I want to make sure you edited them in the mod folder after the conversion and not somewhere in the converter itself.

Oh, my bad on the dev part, it was on flat values and now I changed it to default. (but weirdly enough the changes I made for Rome aren't active)

I edited them in the mod folder (that was put into the output folder) after the conversion itself. I understand why you're asking it. Beside setting up the "rules" of the converter and the paths I didn't touch the config folder at all.

If you edited the *copy* of the mod in the output folder, you're editing the wrong copy. the actual mod you're running in launcher in in documents\pdx\ey4\mod\<yourmod>. Try moving the edited files there.

Oh! I thought it was like the HOI4/CK3 situation cause of the new launcher. My bad. Thank you for your time and for the help.

I converted my ck3 game to eu4, it works great. Thank you very much for your work. I can’t wait to play my first ck3-eu4-vic3-hoi4 mega campaign. :D
Vic3 is a long way from release, but I wholeheartedly agree with your statement.

How does shatter_empires.txt work with custom empires? It is obvious with generic countries like e_france or e_carpathia. But I don’t know how can I shatter the custom Delhi empire in my game for example.

Find out what is the empire's name (usually e_dyn_<bunchofnumbers>) then put that in the file, and it'll get shattered.

Please I need help.

Zip together the save and the imperator conversion mod + its .mod file and upload here.

All three files here, please.
That's not the same save that crashed the converter. This one converts without issues.
