Either of those since cc never submitted his preference, plus he has yet to show up to a session. Last I checked though, Castile was only a duchy and King of leon was also King of Castille at war with the Muslims.

@Drachenfire: I think we still have some room for you. If you want you can be the rogue Duke of Cumberland who rebelled against the King of England (wilcox), now that would be interesting to watch. :D
 
Wales is still independent, and if played well right now, might manage to hold the English at bay. It's rather cramped quarters for two humans, though.

There are any number of Byzantine duchies available; Croatia looks quite viable; Norway and Denmark are open, although BurningEgo's Sweden might make trouble. Or you could play Bohemia, which is independent; or a different German duke; or perhaps Flanders. There's plenty of options.

Who knows, maybe an allied Wales and England might be able to carve out fine colonies out of Africa or the Outremer! lol.

Choice between Cumberland or Gwynedd, I'd choose Gwynedd :rolleyes: . lol. Though, if Wilcox beats me, would I still be abel to return?

In the end, weather in Wales or without, I'd be happy to join your group. Might there be a way I could have someone practice with me getting online? Ive never done a Crusader game online yet, and would want to be sure I can suport it.

Sure, I don't see why not. Besides, he's got too many vassal problems to mess with Wales right now. ;)
 
Guys, looks like zupload is having problems. I think the March of Time boys are having problems too. I will try to find new place tommorrow.

Wouldn't you being in Wales be kinda cramped?? I am not necessarily against it. Just wanted to know if that appeals to you.

Wales has been cramped for a thousand years, I dont think it would make much difference if it were a thousand minutes more! lol.

But seriously, I dont want to cramp Wilcox. If it would cramp his style more so then I wouldnt mind playing in Ireland or elsewhere. But I dont mind the challange of being Duke of Gwynedd with a real life King of England. If unsuccessful I could always return in some other arena. Its up to wilcox first.

Second choice is an Irish duchy.

Guys, i just watched the save, and i am HAPPY to say that you will not get rid of me so soon :D

Still i gotta agree with KoM, if you want to go as Wales, and if you have the right skills, not only you will survive England, but expand. England just lost 8 of its starting provinces, plus William the bastard is excomunicated. I just wonder why the French Player didn't grab whole Normandy. The perfect situation is at hand :p

Again, I say that i will go as NORWAY , Sweden is too messed and so is Denmark.
 
Its not like wil could put up much of a fight right now given his current excomm horrible rep status. You would actually do pretty well there and Ireland would be cool to see as a player to.

I suggest you stay out of Flanders or you my find your heirs suddenly dropping like flies. ;) Hmmm, Wales or Ireland, if you're going with either of those I'd suggest Ireland, as once my rebellious vassals are dealt with Wales will be my next target. As an Irish duchy you will survive another oh say, 50 years. :p

EDIT: Also, has anyone contacted Armfield?
 
Uhm, who is controling France? I just watched how France was in the game, and i noticed that Paris was under siege by Moors. Nice isn't it? :D
 
Sounds like a challenge.

We ever going to get anyone in Iberia? Navarre's still Ok I believe. Is Iron going to be able to play?

We might be doing crusades into Iberia soon.
 
Drachenfire- If you don't mind, i would advice you playing as navarre (as Cryus said before). This way the game would be more balanced, because if france gets iberia, then i guess we are doomed for good :eek:
Navarre is doing pretty good, whole aragon got vassalized; castile got reduce to one looted province (no more then 300 troops), leon is under attack by moors (and i think they will die not a moment too soon), and there are some easy pickings nearby. That is, if you are good at CK.

Once DivineShadow returns for the offical patch release hopefully he will update his mod allowing female inheritance and playability so that wouldnt be so unusual! lol.

I need to try an on line connexon, mayhap we could try logging in tonight if you have the patience?
 
Sure. I don't have the last savegame, though. I'll go ahead and log into the Crusaders channel on Valkryienet.
