I actually love this period more than the EU1-2 ones :)

Big thumbs up!

Crusader Kings sounds wonderful. I'd even rather have that time-period than the EU ones or HOI I'm afraid.

I will also add that Paradox is setting his two next games in my two favorite periods of history.

I am REALLY happy :) :) :) :)

I don't mean to disrespect the development of a possibly reinventing WW2 game, but woohooo! I hope this is true because it sounds like a lot of fun. Trade, diplomacy and warfare in a true medieval setting. A prequel to the Europa Universalis series. Brilliant idea.

Time line sounds a bit odd - would have thought the period started a little earlier, say after the death of Canute in 1034. Plus would have thought 1453 as the end of the 100 years war and the fall of Constantinople was the obvious end date.

since this game conveniently ends in 1419, it would be cool if there was a feature to convert a crusader kings save game into a EU2 one, so you can sort of continue it...

Me too! I am looking forward to it more than HOI - although HOI will be a refreshing break from the older time periods of EU and CK.:)
