2)I saved a game as japon when i was attacking Pearl with a port attack,then loaded the mission into the country inc files to start a game,although japon was not a war yet with the usa the navel still went on to attack pearl,(and other key pacific opening war mission,amphibious landings in ,guam, Philippines,wake,Singapore.japon would move to but not land until being at war with usa and england.This worked great,I set the trigger to go to war when the japons first air fleet entered sea prov 1929
just before reaching pearl.all of this worked perfecty,but once I tried it with the AI controled japan,it was a total failure.The AI overroad all the preset assault missions
you and lotus being the AI kings is there a way to stop the AI from cancelling the pearl missions,Have you worked on AI that will perform a pearl harbor like suprise attack?if this can be made to work,I could set many many differnt opening war plans for the japonese.a multipy choice event could determan what strategy they plan to use,them remove the navel units that don't fit into there opening battle strategy.the more choices the harder it will be for human players to plan to counter this.
any AI help you could give would be great,or ideas how to solve this problems so that this pearl harbor event chain can move forward.
