Yes and not even an option. AGCEEP is and always will be a free mod.

If people prefer the other EU2 mods, well, they still have EU2 and those mods, don't they? :p
They will miss all the new features... at least for the mods that won't be adapted. ;)

And Garbon is right. This is why standard scenarios are still present because they are better suited for multiplayer.

FTG is not only for AGCEEP fans, but for the entire EU2 community and welcomed new players. This was our primary goal.

Just because the people prefer the mod it must be the vanillla map. Otherwise people would think that there is only the agceep and not the other mods. Do you agree?

True and FTG is much more than AGCEEP. This mod is bundled because HC members are also part of the dev team, starting with me... and it was obvious for us to publish a version adapted to FTG but this is only the consequence and the occasion, nothing else.

FTG is meant for any player including multiplayer and AGCEEP is not really suited for this. This is why other scenarios are available because they are very important for multiplayer and for different players' taste. We just enhanced them for better setups but not really changed them for this reason.

Ok, and Eu2 is better than a lot of other games because a player could set himself the setting of game... and so will be FTG I hope:)

Out of interest, have the vanilla scenarios been tweaked/made more accurate where necessary? I don't mean a full revamp ala AGCEEP, but just obvious inaccuracies?

Also, am I correct in saying that Garbon has done a 1399 scenario? I swear I read that somewhere, unless you/he was joking. Is it vanilla or AGCEEP?

Yes.

Yes. It's basically vanilla.

How different is the FTG version of the AGCEEP to the standard EU2 version?

Presumably a significant amount of coding/features is different?

In terms of triggers and extra features and so on, how much of an advantage will FTG players have over the old EU2 players?

Wait the release of FTG

AGCEEP is a free public mod with rules for contributions. No way to change this. This is why adaptation to the new modding features and new map will be public after FTG release.

Bundled version is only AGCEEP "converted" to the new structure of the game and will already benefit from enhanced in-game features.

Being a long time fan of EU, i just wish to share my hope that FTG will prove much more than an enhanced EU version, intend on producing more income from a product that has been around for years..Though i have to say that any idea that will introduce EU's engine to the newer generation of gamers is welcome and the idea of trusted long time modders slaving over this, is certainly reassuring. Anyway, we'll all just wait and see :) . Good luck!
