I do plan perhaps Mewar. Ethiopia also aint bad. In Sub Saharan Africa Kongo is my fav.
I have already played with Ethiopia, but not with Kongo, because I was waiting for a monument there. Now justice will be done in the new update, so I will surely try it out eventually! I'm also looking very forward to Norway and Novgorod runs.

Since i all ready played Kongo my suggestion for you is to go Catholic. As Kongo it's possible via event. I made myself most powerful African Christian nation and royal mary plus aliance Spain. Of course this is only suggestion. You play your game as you see fit.

That's how I was planning to do it, become Catholic, because Kongo did it historically.

Anyone knows who is the man on the left? I only know the middle one is Gustav and the right one is Albrecht .

I thought it was a younger Johan. But I have been wrong before.

I am really surprised nobody comments on the fact it's an Immersion pack at price of full DLC. You add a couple of mission trees and slap a huge price tag on it, no thanks. I am perfectly happy to skip it, I don't need to pay so much just for Sweden content.

If you thought they would release the update in the middle of their vacation, therefore with no possibility of providing hotfixing afterwards, you have only yourself to blame.

Oh especially with the general nerves of the community ever since 1.31. Pulling something like that would be suicidal.

I didn't check my list of all the employees and their scheduled vacations to see who was in and who was out.

I'm subscribed to a newsletter that tracks the vacations of all employees in the gaming industry, including janitorial staff, but it didn't come last month.

That's a shame, but it's no surprise it didn't come out since it was a very unusual year, it's unprecedented for PDX to slow down Dev Diaries and go on vacation at this time of the year after all.

In any case, if it happens again next year, you could alternatively check the bottom paragraphs of their Dev Diaries, to make sure you don't make uninformed changes to your real-life schedule.

I'm also surprised the price is more than Origins given the content is pretty much equivalent. Maybe it's inflation or an experiment with a new price point. Not sure if I'll get it at first or wait for a sale.

I think they are trying to recoup the longer development time. Origins came out roughly 6 months after Leviathan did, this will be roughly 11 months after Origins.
