The shortcut should be something like: "C:\Games\HoI2 DD\HoI2.exe" mod-CORE2...
 
Version 0.3.2.3 works with the 1.2 patch, not the 1.3 patch. The upcoming 0.4.0 will be 1.3 compliant though. We're betatesting a 1.3 build as of yesterday.
 
Any news on if the mod works with the new 1,3b patch for arma ?
 
The current version only works for patch 1.2. The upcoming 0.4.0 release will be designed for 1.3b2 however.

CORE 0.4.0 for Hearts of Iron 2 Armageddon

This release is exclusively designed for the Armageddon expansion pack with patch 1.3b2 (2nd public 1.3 beta patch). Some of the highlights of 0.4.0 are:
- Full utilization of naval brigades;
- A completely new, more agressive AI, especially designed for the CORE setup;
- Hundreds of new events;
- Revised and updated resource and IC distribution;
- Tons of new graphics matching the CORE model setup - in all some 400 MB of COREd graphics.

Version 0.4.0 has separate installers for the basic CORE game as well as installers for the CORE graphics add-ons. The CORE in Color graphics pack is exclusively designed to be used together with GIP (the latter installed in the Vanilla directory setup).

Windows installer version - just select your Hoi2 ARM directory:
CORE2 0.4.0 basic installer (25MB)
CORE 0.4.0 Black & White graphics pack (137MB)
CORE in Color graphics pack for CORE2 0.4.0 (170 MB)

RAR versions are also available, for our Mac friends:
CORE2 0.4.0 basic installer RAR (36 MB)
CORE 0.4.0 Black & White graphics pack RAR (260 MB)
CORE in Color graphics pack for CORE2 0.4.0 RAR (240 MB)

The checksum in-game should be LXES. We decided to keep the AI debug messages in intentionally, for short-term support purposes, given the fact that the AI is rewritten from scratch.

A big, big thank-you to the Betas, without whom this wouldn't have been possible. We sure asked a lot of your patience and effort this time round!

Only the CORE in Color graphics pack, as GIP is the most popular Color Graphics extension pack... Usually people already have GIP installed, so that's one of the reasons we don't include the link for it. Another reason is the different release cycle and switch of GIP's homepage.

Everytime I click the link to download the Windows installer version from this site, it take me to the Filefront.com. Then a window pops up and says:

Internet Explorer cannot open the site http://www.filefront.com/14011325/CORE2_0_4_0.exe/ Operation Aborted.

Can somebody help me please???

Seems to work fine for me. What kind of explorer are you using?
 
I have tried to download it with both my computers, using 2 different OS. One has Windows XP, the other Windows Vista. And when I click on the link to download CORE2, it directs me to FileFront. Then after about 3 seconds it gives the afore mentioned error and kicks me off the site. I don't know what the problem is?
 
You might want to consider opening up a Filefront support issue about it... We can easily upload the basic installer on a separate hosting site, but the graphics packs are a different matter entirely given their size. So far I've only seen Filefront accepting files in access over 100MB...
