Guys,

Could you please explain to me how zone of control works now?
I thought that zone of control appears only in are where fort is.
But on the screenshot attached this province is not in the area where forts are.

1.Why this province is protected by fort in Marches if it doesnt belongs to Marches are?
2.Does mothballed forts also have zone of control?

1. Forts project a zone of control in every adjacent province. You can walk in there, but can't progress past until the fort is taken.
2. No, but if you unmothball them, they will get their full ZoC back at the start of the next day.

I'm playing as Portugal. I am at war with France. My ally and historic friend Castile gave their rival France military access. Now all of Portugal is on fire. Why would Castile do something like this to me? Our countries are like married to each other and stuff. haha

Are you only at war with France? If you're at war with like, France and Savoy, they can give it to Provence and then France has conditional military access. Similarly, if you're Portugal and in a war with England vs France, Castile can grant military access to your ennemies if they rival England.

Are you sure of that? In late game huge wars, I always declare war on first day of the month so that the AI has its forts mothballed, and I forcemarch to seize 4-5 forts on first tick. ZoC don't block me so long as I reach them before turn of the month. But it may be because I am locked in my previous choice.

Movement commands can't get interrupted once given.

Easy to reproduce.
You declare on nation A which is allied to and has mil acc through nation B.
You'd get mil acc through B before B joins.
Give movement commands however you want, watch them join and watch your troops completely ignore any ZoC nation B has.
Same thing in your situation. ZoC was deactivated, you gave movement commands, ZoC got activated, movement commands had been given and not been interrupted. Your units are free to waltz in.

Garrison size is the one that needs a monthly tick. ZoC is daily.

So ZoC will appear after a monthly tick if its was mothballed plus one day?

No.

ZoC will appear after one day.

It's just that troops ignore ZoC if they've already been given commands.

Sfan declared on someone with mothballed forts and gave his units the command to move onto those forts without unpausing.
After unpausing his enemy activated forts.
Had Sfan tried to move now, he couldn't.
Since his units were already moving they ignored all active zones of control and finished their pathing.

I am playing with ironmode off.

Everytime I am loading the game my ruler gets a new personality trait.
Is that normal?
I had very good trait for my king, played about 4 years and saved a game.
Now after I have loaded it I am getting new one after 30 days.
Why is it happening? I doesnt make sense to me. I though rulers personal trait is constant after it was drawn.
It works the same with ironomde on?

Playing as old England one more time before the patch. DoW'd on Kildare who Scotland is allied is. Called Scotland in as co-belligerent. France is now in the war, although they are only guaranteeing Scotland. They are not allied with Kildare.

Are co-belligerents also able to call in nation who are guaranteeing them? I don't remember this being the case before. I'm seriously questioning my memory right now xD

Is there a 1st of the month auto-pause switch somewhere I haven't found yet? Derp'ing the spacebar timing, especially if lots of other events with a mix of pausing or non-pausing behaviors, is seriously the source of 99.9% of my save scums.

Nope.

If you mean he gets a second/third trait, he'll get the second one after he sits on the throne for 10 years and the third one after 25 years.
If you mean the first trait gets replaced, that isn't normal.

Guys, can anyone help me? My scroll bar disappeared.

Everything was fine, then 2 provinces got converted, which made them eligible for culture conversion. List of provinces became too big, so the scroll bar just vanished.
Can I fix it myself? I opened EU4>interface>macrobuildinterface_override, but there's nothing, just heights of textboxes.

This is a longstanding bug that came with the macrobuilder. If you have too many provinces the macrobuilder scrollbars no longer work for things like change culture or exploit development. There is no fix afaik.
