Was more looking for mechanics or tips. I wonder if fully occupying forces them to accept anything from you or something similar.
Want to grab some revanchism really fast and can't find a way to hand over provinces without them having to occupy my provinces and even then they refuse to take much.

Is there a generally accepted strategy to break into the continent as Japan in 1.24? Ming doesn't seem to have as many internal issues as it used to, and so I can't get stuck into Korea ( or any other tributaries) since China backs them up.

If you 100% them, they are forced to accept any peacedeal, even a peacedeal where you offre them something, so long as they can accept it (so long as they have the coring range) even if they don't want it. But I guess you know it. Doesn't it work for what you do?

There are 2 ways u can go about this: First one is to become a tributary
Second one is no no-CB someone in arabia or India and subjugate them, then use there claims for an other war where u can take land for your self (jes u can core land adjacent to your vassal in arabia)
This way u basically bypass ming

What conditions do I need to have to block straight?
I know that for sure I need to control sea zone where straight is.
What about those two provinces?
I need both or just one?
Occupied provinces counts as well?

You block the strait when you have a navy in the sea zone where the strait is, as long as the enemy doesn't control both sides of the strait! Occupied provinces count as controlled.
-> As long as you control one side you can block the strait.

Occupied provinces count as controlled provinces. You need to have at least 1 ship in the sea tile controlling the strait and your enemy can't have control over both sides.
Don't even need to control it yourself.
If you're at war against Grenada as Tunis and block the strait, both provinces are under neither's control. They're controlled by Castille and Morocco.
Since your enemy doesn't control both provinces you can send a single ship in to successfully blockade.
