Very specific but in this case playing as orthodox Russia with Third Rome Consecrating Metropolitans will also give areas monthly ticking -devastation

Those Areas mostly already have Metropolitans, but the problem is that once your in a MP game u tend to sometimes get huge amounts of devastation since u wil have drawn out wars. and even with a Fort and Metropolitan u wil only lose about 1 devastation per Year, but every 15 Years u can get in to a war giving u up to 40% devastation
So Just Fort's and Metropolitans seem to not be enough in the Last age

This Picture is after One war where 5 Great power's Teamed Russia, and Parts of Russia got Devastated since it was occupied for a long time

You aren't missing any provinces, for the achievement you also need to be the roman empire. It might tell you if you however over the 133/134 in the achievement screen (not sure, think so though).

Thanks! Unfortunately it doesn't show when I "hover" over. Just a bunch of provinces with a checkmark, so I thought I was missing a province.

I believe you need to have a greater proportion of orthodox provinces (half I think) before you can accept their demands to become orthodox, let them spawn and siege stuff down to convert it to orthodox and then accept their demands (or wait for them to enforce their demands).

It's not half, it's more than any other religion. So 30% orthodox, 25% catholic, 25% Protestant and 20% Sunni would do the trick too.

All those countries would have a pretty high negative modifier for distance, as well as religion and (in some cases) being on the wrong continent.
As for the European nations, only those that both gains AE and ends could join a coalition are shown in the tooltip. If France had 0 prior to this war, even 49 AE gain for them wouldn't make them show, nor would any amount of AE gained if they still wouldn't fall into negative relations. You will gain AE with Europe, it's just not shown - in fact, for a heathen off-map nation like the Timurids to care at all, you'd probably get quite a lot with local Christians.

The truce break doesn't increase AE gain for the peace deal, it's added immediately on the declaration. So France certainly doesn't actually have 0 AE at this point, but apparently you're still safe.

The number just looks weird to me... The whole Europe got single digit AE whilst neighbouring Portugal has 23...
Few decades ago I took 7 provinces in Dutch and nearly face a coalition (many HRE minors ~48/49), but now I took over the second greatest empire and nobody gives a shit? Sounds too good to be true

How often do AI convert culture? Is it more rare for them to accept / convert a culture within their culture group than outside of it? and reversa?

I recently (today) saw GB culture convert highlander culture to scottish culture after forming.

If France join the HRE and become elector (Therefore can retain the kingdom rank, and be King-elector) Would France then culture convert the cultures within it's culture group? Would they accept the other cultures which are not accepted? The same example applies to all of Italian cultures under a single italian monarch/country as well.

I've definitely seen nations convert unaccepted cultures to their own e.g. Austria convert Sud Tirol from Venetian to Austrian and a bunch of others.

No one has figured out what prompts culture conversion yet.
