Presumably lessons have been learned from CK II -- the map and interface are quite similar to that game's and everything looks pretty polished, and with over a year left to go before launch I am expecting great things from EU IV.
One thing that does somewhat rile my OCD, though: Ottomans vs. The Mamluks. Either use prefixes or don't, but please don't mix them. Personally I would just stick with names such as 'United States' and 'Timurids' and avoid The, but perhaps that's just me. It just looks... tidier.
What else was unique in 1441, by the way? What changed between then and 1453?
