These have all been tested and appear perfectly fine in game. I'd be grateful if people could please review these, due to my following reservations:

  1. I am not certain whether Sholto Douglas and St George Kirke already appear in Scotland's Team list: I think they appear in a couple of mods, but I do not have a vanilla Arma install to compare with.
  2. Hugh Dowding already appears as a UK Tech Team already. Is there a policy on duplications? If not, what are your thoughts: keep or get rid?

Fleming was a nobel laureate and potentially he deserves much more than 5. The point is that medicine is not a speciality in the game. I had a discussion about that with kunadam because he modelled Pedro Kouri in a way I thought was "weird":
http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10338182&postcount=386
http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10439750&postcount=580
http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10442204&postcount=592

We had a discussion in this thread and at the end Kouri was modelled as Kunadam wanted with the following specialities:
chemistry
centralized_execution
small_unit_tactics
large_unit_tactics
training

All above to say that in the absence of a speciality in the game called medicine in order to research it you need to assign to physicians specialities that have nothing to do with their real knowledge. On the other hand as centralized_execution for instance can be used to research land doctrines the skill should be kept as low as possible. For this reason I would suggest to assign to him skill 2 or 3 max.

First off, here are the pics for my teams:
http://www.2shared.com/file/9459191/370e19f0/TT_ENG_IRE_SCO.html

As far as your concerns go i'll try to give a statement for each team where i feel it is necessary.

UK
AEC:
I'm fine with your judgement. I gave them a 6 because of
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AEC_Armoured_Car
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AEC_Matador
but 5 might be more appropriate.

BRC&W:
I really think they should get the 5. They helped in Design of the Cromwell
which was very successful and also produced various other tanks during WW2. That imo warrants a 5.

Thats what i have to say. Just use your suggestions for the teams i didn't mention since you obviously got a lot more experience than me.
Concerning Wales i won't be able to look at them before Saturday. If that is okay with you i'll do it then.

Tanu Tuva is done. I renamed the original pic for Tannu Tuva Mining Company and I added the pic for Kyzyl arsenal in the correct format/name.
Here is the link: -new link coming soon-, I made a small mistake.

I will also take care of Kudirstan and Saudi Arabia (update will come soon).

Good suggestions. Regarding Schmeisser I would assign to him 6 or 7 but I need a feedback from the others.
