i can change it on paradox launcher without steam? bc i want play endsieg and i need 1.10* version
Depends on which game you are referring to. Not all games are available in our standalone client.

Is for hoi4

Pdx launcher version Is 2022.7 bro
HOI4 was never ported to the standalone launcher so you need to run it from Steam. I believe the 1.10.x version is available there.

is there a way for me to revert hoi4 to the release of NSB?
You mean from 1.11.12 to an earlier 1.11.x version? If so no, the HOI4 devs have not made that version available in the Steam Betas tab for the game.

Great that the old versions are available again! The text after the verification is misleading though: registering for version 1.9.2! (1.6.2 was selected)

This thread is game unspecific.
I'd suggest to open a ticket or post in the tech or bug subforum (not sure which would be more appropriate)
for the game you refer to or simply mention the game here.

I reverted to EUIV 1.6.2 without entering a code. So it is even easier. The thread is outdated.
No it's not outdated.
there will be two ways to roll back your game to a previous version. One for versions that are from before our GDPR changes and one for versions that are after.
Which versions of PDS titles will NOT be password protected?
EUIV: 1.27 and onward

Did you maybe enter the code a long time ago and forgot about it?

See my post above yours.
It's not required for patches past 1.27

I know. But the person to which I replied said that they reverted to eu4 version 1.6.2 which is much older than 1.27.0 (see https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Patches for a list of versions)
Yes. it was EU IV 1.6.2.
Maybe it is a steam-feature, as steam is said to not/doesn't delete anything. So as long as the versions are on the servers, why not provide them? Just try it if you want. The download for the older versions is short, the download for the most recent ones longer.

I only selected the version and the download started seconds later. And it was version 1.6.2 so way before 1.27
I think you misunderstood me. You don't have to enter the code at the moment when you download it. It is enough to enter the code once and then you will always have the old versions available. I entered the code years ago and I can still select them. But if you never entered the code, you should not have the old versions, because Paradox is not allowed to give them to you if you don't accept their new privacy policy.

Ohh...i assumed the 2 in the 27 is before 6 and in the past PDX version numbering worked that way sometimes.
Stand corrected here for EU4.
The version numbering of PDX games had me confused before.
Thanks for the clarification.

Sorry in this regard @zyxx and me apparently confusing the version numbering.
Outside my former posts i'd suspect that grotaclas is correct in assuming that you likely had used the code beforehand,
as it only needs to be used once. IF that is not the case, then you are probably indeed correct with your first statement.

I see. If I remember correctly I entered the code every time I downloaded an older version. At least if there were month inbetween. But recently it downloaded instantly.

Not all games have the ability to roll back to previous versions, so check the game's documentation or forums to see if it's possible. If your game automatically updates, you'll need to disable this feature to prevent the game from updating to the latest version.
