i want a specific version. 1.12.7 any idea how to get that one? even with the steps here it doesnt show

Then it likely doens't exist. Even harder to say here, as you didn't mention the game.
There is a limit to the avaiable versions on Steam and less used ones get deleted once others are more relevant.
I wish there was a rollback for HOI4 several latest patches (e.g "last 5 versions"). For example: now is 1.12.14 but I believe a bug was introduced in 1.12.12 (air accidents).
Impossible to roll back by myself to 1.12.11 or earlier version to test it myself. Only choices are now 1.12.12 (too late) or 1.11.13 (too early, missing lots of air wings mechanics update from BBA).

You can probably use the information from this comment to get versions from steam which are not available in the betas tab anymore. It is about old eu4 versions, but I see no reason why it should not work for hoi4

1.13.4 is the current version. To get it, select "None" in the list

Hello i am wanting to go back to version v1.13.3.f717(Ob77) but i cannot find the beta code to go back to this version on the paradox plaza. Where can i find the beta code.

That's hoi4, right? AFAIK hoi4 only has the last minor version of each major version in the betas tab. So you can only get 1.13.4 (by selecting "None", because it is the current version) and not 1.13.3.
But you can probably use the information from this comment to get versions from steam which are not available in the betas tab. It is about old eu4 versions, but I see no reason why it should not work for hoi4
