Hello. I am struggling to use this mod. Every time I attempt to, it says that Imperator Rome isn't in the game binaries.
Just to confirm the basic stuff, D:\Games\Imperator-Rome\binaries is where you have imperator installed, correct?

correction the colosseum is here but everything else seems to be missing namely the pyramids and stone henge
Released a new version, it now has a configurable file "provinces_prehistory.txt" where you can configure which special buildings should be kept from CK3 history. By default it has the pyramids and Stonehenge.

Final Edit for the night, I tried using a related file with a bit more stremlined/homogenous stats, but still ends up with a flurry of errors, this time roughly at around 31%. Here's the log file:

So It's erroring out pretty hard at around the 68% mark.
Thanks for the report, should be fixed in newest release.

This seems to be caused in an error in one of your CK3 mods. Please run the conversion with newest release and see what happens now.
Any idea when this will be compatible with ck3 1.7, or is it compatible enough to use right now with some minor bugs?
It has been compatible since converter version 5.0.

Sorry, that was my oversight. Thanks for actually looking at the first post, at least!
Speaking of which, could you please add a link to the last non-Invictus compatible release of the converter (and note the compatible CK3 version)? Edit: not necessary yet, as "deprecated" doesn't mean "dropped". Thanks.

Well, I got it to convert by de-selecting all other mods, but now the game crashes whenever I go to actually start a new game, even if the converted game is the only "mod" activated with nothing else at all.

Can you try verifying CK3 game files through Steam? Also please upload your Imperator save so I can check how it converts for me.

The file attached unfortunately says that the file is too large to upload unfortunately. The verifying of files didn't do anything. Thank you for being so patient and helpful btw, it means a lot.

One idea, did you convert to republic government? CK3 does not feature playable republics, so it may be the reason for the crash.

Was that even an option. I noticed when starting the game that it says my country is a republic, but figured it was just a bug because I didn't even see a government convert option in the converter and my governemnt type in Imperator was "Imperial Cult" but also did the same thing when I tested a file as an "Imperium" government type with the same result.

Just checked by editing it to feudal. Crash issue didn't change.

Edit: Apparently I ended it incorrectly because it only shows the country as feudal in the bookmark menu, but still thinks the country is a republic. Not sure how to fix that issue, but you're probably right about it being the cause.

Final edit: I finally figured out the issue. I misunderstood the year input when converting and actually put "AD" at the end of my chosen date, which for some reason messed with the government of the country.
