Actually, I don't want to see only the Germanic people Franks and Suebia, I also want to see the Alemanni and Marcomanni of TFE. But these cultures do not correspond to the culture of IR.

Is there any way to convert nations in a tiered system (county, duchy, kingdom, empire), and not all as kingdoms? (sorry if this is not the case anymore, the last mega campaign I ran, this was the case).

No, almost all countries will be converted as kingdoms. The biggest ones - as empires.

I think something's broken about the mods you have enabled, there are many missing areas:
I've published a new version 8.0.5, where this should cause only warnings instead of exceptions. Can't do much more than that.

Hello, I've been searching for a bit now, but I can't seem to find any place that specifically outlines how the converter decides to convert many things. For example, the Imperator to CKII wiki gives explanations that lets you better predict the resulting conversion, but the Imperator to CK3 wiki does not. I cannot think of anything other than reading the code myself, which I'm not very good at reading. If anyone could help, I specifically want to know how the converter handles development, because I cannot wrap my head around it. In my game, Carthage, which had 300 pops inside it alone, converted to 10 development, while most provinces in Ireland, which were not nearly as centralized, were around 20-25 development.

There's no extensive documentation at the moment, mostly because writing it is not fun and I don't have too much time anyway.
The CK3 development is based on Imperator pops and buildings count in the relevant provinces. The figure of 10 development for Carthage seems off, please upload your save and converter's log.txt so I can check.
When playing with RICE activated when starting a game, my (should be) Catholic Character us Natkokwe, as are any provinces that should be Catholic not sure if other christians are, since I only had gotten a few provinces converted to christian before converting).
Here's the save file (made it fresh to better demonstrate that only uses the converted mod and the RICE mod). I can't seem to find the log file for some reason though unfortunatly. Also as a side note, I've been playing as an immortal character, and every time I reenter save files with it, the character is changed to be another year younger/his birthday is reset to be a year later than the time before.
